Returns Accepted within 14 Days We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer Provides Return Shipping To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

10% Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

No Final Sale Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details carefully before making your purchase.

Original and Unused Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
